How To Use

Spray on the body and massage into the skin to stimulate absorption. Ideal after showering or before sleep. Reapply as required. For best results, apply to clean skin. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

Contains 600 sprays.

10 sprays delivers 200mg of elemental magnesium. For children we recommend halving the dosage as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
